Norditect is an architectural design and production studio supporting custom home builders, remodelers, developers, and design-build firms with clear, reliable project documentation. Our work spans residential and selected commercial projects, from early concept development and floor plans to construction drawings, CAD/Revit production, visualization, and coordinated technical documentation. We are built to provide flexible project support when additional design and drafting capacity is needed.
We believe good architectural documentation should make a project easier to understand, coordinate, and build. Every brief starts with the available project information—sketches, surveys, existing plans, redlines, reference material, or client requirements. From there, we focus on clear communication, practical design thinking, consistent drawing standards, and organized documentation that fits smoothly into the client’s workflow.
